Through education, dialogue, and music, Black Music Matters unites communities from across Denver through music to tell the story of the black experience from Africa to Colorado.

Deadline to register: Sunday, January 5, 11:59pm
Rehearsals (required): January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20
Revival Day (required): Saturday, February 7, 9:00am-5:00pm
Gathering Day (required): Tuesday, February 25, 9:00am-9:00pm, The Newman Center for Performing Arts, 2344 E. Iliff Ave, Denver
Performance: Tuesday, February 25, 7:30-9:00pm, The Newman Center for Performing Arts

Community Partners: Arvada West High School, Check Your Head, Colorado Japanese School, Columbia Middle School, The Crowley Foundation, and more.
