Written by a former VOCO singer when she was in the choir, The Revival is a song that has gone from a beautiful song to an anthem that represents something bigger than music. At every VOCO concert, choir members and audience members alike link arms and sing The Revival together as they name their shared desire to see all humans acknowledge each other’s shared humanity and experience the healing of a broken and divided world.

Our minds are our weapons, our souls our protection
Our feet will never uproot
One body, one mind, we will all stand in line
And proclaim the once-unspeakable truth
Seamless repairs to the damage we share
Underneath, we are all flesh and blood
Slowly, we rise with our voices entwined
The Revival has only just begun.
